Emmeti PE-RT 5 Layer Barrier Pipe 16mm x 2mm
The Emmeti PE-RT 5 Layer Barrier Pipe using a PE-RT inner and outer later and an EVOH intermediate layer conforming to DIN 16837, ISO 24033 and DIN 4726. Maximum operating temperature 95°C, maximum operating pressure 8 bar.
Using a worldwide accepted protective construction, the PE-RT pipe has an inner and outer layer of PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature) and an EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl-Alcohol Resin) middle layer. The EVOH layer prevents oxygen penetration in a heating system which reduces corrosion within the system thus reducing premature failure of system components.
